Whats new:
✍️ Smarter Editor
The editor now works as a reviewer - make edits, approve the draft, and the agent generates a polished, production-ready document you can open directly access in Word or Powerpoint. (Takes 2–3 minutes, but worth it.)
Also now, Adjust the editor width to your preference.
📧 Send Emails Directly from Chat
Drafted emails and messages now appear inside the chat.
Edit them while staying inside the chat and send them directly to Gmail or Outlook with one click.
💬 Smarter Follow-Up Questions
The agent now groups all follow-up questions into a single message.
Answer once by selecting from options, no more repeated back-and-forth questions.
🗓️ Task Scheduling
Ask the agent to schedule tasks for you (e.g. daily briefings, daily emails, recurring updates).
View and manage scheduled tasks from the Tasks menu (the
+icon in the chat).You can also manually schedule tasks from the same menu.
📁 Project Instructions
Set project-level instructions that apply to all chats within a project.
No need to repeat common guidelines - set them once, and the agent follows them across every chat in that project.
🎨 New Look & Feel
Cleaner interface — Less cluttered, easier to navigate, and designed to keep you in the chat.
Chats always visible in the sidebar, plus a dedicated Chats page to search and filter conversations.
Some options (language, theme, adding teammates, community, pricing, get help) moved under the Settings menu to reduce clutter.

You can now start a Temporary Chat for conversations that shouldn’t be saved.
When Temporary Chat is turned on:
The conversation is not saved to your inbox
Nothing is stored in personal memory
Nothing is stored in team memory
The chat is permanently deleted once you leave
This gives you a private, disposable space for sensitive discussions, quick drafts, or one-off conversations that don’t need to live in your workspace.
To use it, simply toggle on Temporary Chat while in a conversation on top right. Once you exit, the entire chat is erased and cannot be recovered.

A passkey lets you log in without a password and two factor authentication but equally secure.
Just use what you already use to unlock your device - like Touch ID, Face ID, or your screen lock.

Saved Prompts let you store frequently used messages and reuse them anytime with just one click. Save a prompt once and use it again anytime
How to save a prompt
Click the Saved Prompts icon in the message box
Select New Prompt
Add a title and your prompt text
Choose whether to share it with your team
Click Save
Access prompts via the Saved Prompts icon or the slash command
💡 If you already typed a message in the message box, you can save it directly, no need to copy-paste.

To help you access everything easily on 913.ai, we’ve introduced the Quick Actions Menu - a fast and easy way to search and access everything on the platform from one place. You can find features, chats, records, projects, folders, settings, help articles and updates, all without switching tabs or navigating through multiple menus.
You can open Quick Actions from Settings (bottom-left) or by simply pressing Shift + Q.
We’ve also added keyboard shortcuts for common actions like attaching a file (Cmd/Cntrl+Shift+U), New Session (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + S) and for smoother navigation across menus (Contacts: Cmd/Cntrl+ 3). Simply hover over any menu or feature to see its available shortcut alongside its name in the label.
